  • The Northwest Horticultural Council supports passage of S. 1461 and H.R. 2739 (introduced July 16, 2009), both related to the federal tax code's treatment of fruit-tree depreciation.

  • The Northwest Horticultural Council supports passage of H.R. 4333, the "Children's Fruit and Vegetable Act of 2009" as introduced December 16, 2009.
